I know life can just happen and our appt can be set on the back burner. So let’s agree to be in communication regarding tardiness, no show, rescheduling, or cancellation.
I ask that you provide me a 24 hour notice of cancelling our appt. Without the 24 hour notice, a late fee (ie. $150 for individuals and $250 for families) will be charged. That would be such a bummer considering no service was provided-arg!
I ask that you let me know if you are needing to reschedule an appt. This will help me keep my schedule accurate and up to date especially to the clients who may need to be seen on a last min basis or allowing new ones to gain access to me.
Again, life happens and I totally get it. We are human and sometimes I may need to adhere to a family situation so lots of grace all around. You will be given a free pass for the first late cancellation.
